Who can attend the Meet & Greets?

All Meet & Greet sessions, with the exception of the Clergy Luncheon and Circles of Color, are open to everyone.

Do I need to sign up for the Meet & Greets?

Registration is requested by completing this form, however no sign-up or registration is required.

Can I attend more than one Meet & Greet?

Yes! Please attend as many Meet & Greet sessions as you like.

Will the Meet & Greets be live-streamed? Where can I watch them?

All Meet & Greet sessions, with the exception of the Clergy Luncheon and Circles of Color, will be live-streamed on the hosts’ respective websites. Links to the recordings will be posted on the Bishop Transition website.

I want to attend but I need childcare. Will it be provided?

Yes! Please indicate your need for childcare on this form so we can be sure to have enough space and providers for the children who will attend each session.

How can I submit a question to be asked at the Meet & Greets?

The April 3 deadline to submit questions has passed.

How were the questions chosen?

The Bishop Transition Committee is grateful to everyone who submitted one of more than 200 questions for the Meet & Greet sessions. The committee worked to find common themes and broad concerns among the submissions to ensure that as many questions as possible will be answered. Each Meet & Greet session will include different questions, and videos of all public sessions will be available for viewing on demand.

Will there be a chance to ask questions from the floor?

No — a moderator will ask nominees questions submitted before the deadline. In addition to introducing themselves, each nominee will answer the same set of questions. There will be an opportunity for attendees to meet the nominees for informal conversation and follow-up questions after the close of each Meet & Greet session.

Where can I watch the Live-Streams?

Each public Meet & Greet session will be live-streamed and recordings will be available on the Bishop Transition website
