Dear People of the Diocese of Olympia,
The Search Committee has continued our work. We recently completed the Zoom interviews with candidates. As the committee moves forward, it is now in a silent phase of the search process to maintain confidentiality.
We bid your prayers for the candidates, the committee, and our entire Diocese that the Holy Spirit might guide us in all things with grace and wisdom. We encourage each congregation to include in your “Prayers of the People” prayers and intentions for the search process.
Prayer recommendation: For the Election of a Bishop or other Minister (BCP)
Almighty God, giver of every good gift: Look graciously on your Church, and so guide the minds of those who shall choose a bishop for this Diocese, that we may receive a faithful pastor, who will care for your people and equip us for our ministries; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

- February 22 – Initial slate is presented to the Joint Board
- February 29 – Initial slate announced to Diocese
- Week of April 29 – Meet and Greets
- May 18 – Electing Convention at Saint Mark’s Cathedral, Seattle
- September 14 – Bishop Consecration
